There was a story of mermaids.
They ate people.
They dragged their victims to the bottom of the sea.
They tore them apart.
And then they ate them.
The definition of a mermaid is horrible, they're cruel creatures.
Yet they're beautiful.
Lovelier than the most beautiful flower, skin softer than a baby's bottom, eyes that draw their victims in to love them, hair like crusading silk, and long fish tails that memorize the ones who look upon them, all the colors of a rainbow.
They're so very lovely.
How could a man not fall for one of these creatures?
Simple.
You never look upon her.
They ate people.

NaNoWriMo - Time Control Force
To my friends and family, I was known as Tom Patterson. To the government, I am known as citizen HU1097-372. It was fourteen years ago that a law was put in place that banned names of all citizens living on planet earth. I was thirty six when that law became a reality.

Every Friday, my hands become wet and warm. Then they chill. In a few minutes, they are greeted by a half-gallon pail and another splash of warm water. As I draw them out again, I hear what may be music as the water returns to the pail, dripping melodically from the pine-green rag.
After washing a few more computer stations, I soak the rag a third time. Then I can smell it on my hands, in the rag. The whole library is fragrant with the sweet aroma of vinegar. Despite its bitter-sour taste, this simple, clear liquid smells comforting. Inviting.

So yes I am into mermais and if people ever can merge with animals, sign me up to merge with a fish and become a mermaid.

So I watched the new Pirates of the Caribbean movie and the mermaids in that movie were so well done and it got me thinking about them, from the Disney version of "The Little Mermaid" with a happy ending to the real version with the horribly sad and touching ending. And then to the movie "Aquamarine" and then to the Pirates of the Caribbean version of mermaids. And well I really liked this. So I decided to well do this above. I have no idea where it's going at all, so don't expect much.
